A command to just check if the block where the machine was is still there.
If not, stop the machine and remmeber not to return the block to the player!

Things like this can happen if there is other plugins that do things without following the regular break event, as worldedit or some enchant/skill/magical plugins.

(So we could schedule this commands into console, from time to time)

This is really not that usefull... but just to point out :V

(Or else, make regular checks while the machine is working, i dont know well if this can cause performance problems... )

Or even a check when the machines are saved.

Need to point out that this can be a dupe bug, a player can duplicate his machine :D

1- place a machine
2- remove the machine into an improperly way
3- place another block into that place, like a dirt
4- break the dirt
