This License agreement (‘License’) is covering the access and use of the source code of Keeper Wallet and is entered on and shall be stand effective on the moment of publication.
Keeper Wallet browser extension (‘Software application’) is a software application extending the functionality of web browsers in order to enable users to make easy interactions with third party websites and applications accepting the Waves blockchain compatible crypto-payments with User wallets, and websites and applications to interact with the Waves blockchain through the Keeper Wallet API without entering private SEED on third-parties web resources and applications.
Software application shall mean the work of authorship, whether in source code, including but not limited to source code, documentation source, and configuration files or object code, including but not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation, and conversions to other media types, made available under the License, as indicated by a copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work.
You (‘Licensee’) is any individual or a team, including in the form of a legal entity or DAO, who uses the Software application by incorporating it in his/her/their project and/or by contributing to this repository. Licensee is permitted to use the source code according to this document and the Terms of Use of Keeper Wallet, if applicable.
‘Contribution’ shall mean any work of authorship in the form of any modification or additions to the Product or derivative works thereof, that is intentionally submitted to this repository.
Licensor provides the Software application on an ‘as is’ basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software application. Unless expressly permitted under this License, Licensee may not modify, copy, publish, decompile, sell, license, distribute, merge, duplicated, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software application or any part thereof, except that you may contribute to this repository. Such contributions are made for free, unless otherwise discussed.
While the period of this agreement may be indefinite, it may be terminated instantly if any of the provisions specified above are breached.
