기능

테스트 용으로 submit 버튼을 만들었는데, 이를 제거하고
1. 입력이 시작된 후 N초가 지났을 때 제출 하거나
2. 입력을 M글자 이상 입력했을 때 제출하거나
⚠️ 로직은 뭐가 나을지 고민해보기
