Hi,
I am trying to use single cell data taken from GEO accession no: GSE137804 for training. I have few doubts. Please help.

  1. May I directly use the processed data provided in GEO supplementary file ?
  2. As there are thousands of cell-ids in the count-matrix, getting a correct order of cell-type annotation is difficult. How to solve this problem?
  3. Would you show at least one example how to prepare training data with this GEO accession number: GSE137804 ?
