Certificate management is a bit weird at the moment.

The staging host has letsencrypt/certbot running on the bare metal, which makes stack integration a little unpredictable and binds some of our deployment logic to the staging filesystem. Additionally, there are steps that require the developer to copy certs into particular folders in the deployment repository.

We should rework this so that cert creation and management (certbox+letsencrypt) are services within the stack, so that it's self contained
