After successfully running, still no collections

When I run it, it shows success but it runs in less than 3 seconds. When I look at Plex, there are no collections setup. What could I possibly be doing wrong? I tried changing my plex address in the config but after that, it is not able to connect to the libraries.

Update to the latest version and try again if it doesn't work please upload your meta.log file for me to see
