Hi, the last commit of this project was almost three years ago. Is this project abandoned?

Hi, from my part, I have moved on to other projects, and I cannot contribute more to this fork. The rest of the team went radio-silent as well, so yes, currently the fork is abandoned.

If you're interested in continuing this fork, let me know and I'll gladly pass the torch, hopefully with the blessing of the rest of the team 🙂

I got bored and decided to revisit it, but we do need new contributors.

The recent merging of #63 should make it much easier for new contributors than the original vala.
