Making separate animation runs flow into eachother

Let's assume I have made an animation that I like. Later, I want to make another animation that starts perfectly from the end of the previous one. Obviously, you can't just concatenate the two videos because there will be a visible jump, even if the prompts are similar. Yes, this is possible with prompt travel, but that requires redoing the first animation, and thus takes an unnecessary amount of extra time, and results may not be similar.
If that could be done, I assume you can also create an animation before your first one, or combining the two, redo a part in the middle of an animation.
Is it possible to do something like this in comfyui?
