Could someone explain the "context_stride" setting on the "Context Options◆Standard Uniform" node.

I don't know how the "Context Options ◆ Standard Uniform" node works, what is the difference between it and the "Context Options ◆ Standard Static" node, and what happens when I set the "context_stride" parameter.
