Hello! I attempted to follow the same workflow, with the only variation being the checkpoint. However, I was unable to achieve the desired animation. All 16 images I obtained were not as anticipated; they appeared to be discontinuous.

At this point, I have no idea of this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I don't see any obvious changes in ComfyUI that would cause the issue, so maybe some other node pack had some update. Please post more info here when you can!

I think I’ve found the problem, which is caused by ComfyUI itself. When I tried to update the entire ComfyUI from version 2024-05-28 to 2024-09-27, it worked well. Thanks for your reply!

If you have already updated AnimateDiff, you can try updating your ComfyUI (you could check your version). I solved the issue by updating the entire system(from 2024-05-28 to 2024-09-27).

Yeah you need to not be months outdated for it to work

I have same issue but using the latest ComfyUI and the AnimateDiff.
Tried same settings with peterxcx.

Only the difference is, I used hotshotxl instead of SD1.5 based animatediff model.

Have you solved the problem yet? If not, could you please provide your results using both ComfyUI and the command line?

Your result is just as if AD wasn't on. I can't replicate it at all. There will be an update I'll be pushing in the next week or so that will launch alongside a new ComfyUI update, where a bunch of the AD injection will become native to ComfyUI that should hopefully eliminate all possible edge cases that could cause this.
