Compiz 0.8.9, NVidia card, anti aliasing and jkmeter vu meter : laggy #5

When I run compiz 0.8.9 without antialiasing, everything runs smoothly.
When I turn on Nvidia anti aliasing, I've noticed that the vu meter Jkmeter makes my windows lag when I move them, though the cube is really really smooth.

With Anti aliasing and no jkmeter, it's smoother, but not perfect.

P.S. : I have a NVidia GT 555M on my laptop, and a GTX 680 on my desktop. Both will stay on the higher performance level...

What does CPU usage look like when things are lagging? And is it only when moving the window? Is it not laggy during rotate? Do you have the animation plugin on?

CPU usage is normal. The only thing that lags (for now... ) is when I move windows (wobbly effect on).
When I rotate the cube, or change wiewport, it is smooth as heaven...
And yep, animation plugin is on.
