New Release on PyPI ("global flags not at the start of the expression at position 1")

Hi,

the latest release of this lib on PyPI is from February of 2022 (as seen here: https://pypi.org/project/pyScss/#history).

In November 2022, the error "global flags not at the start of the expression at position 1" was apparently fixed in the following commit: 60414f5

However, I am not able to use this lib via pipenv (locally and in CI runners) with Python 3.11 or 3.12, since I am getting the above error.
Could you please make a new release of this library on PyPI so that the newest fixes are available in the version that is installed via PIP?
