How to visualize Nd implement the results

1st of all congratulations to share the data. I want to visualize the data and want to examine my designd ligands,to check for any classes with water...

I followed Advanced amber tutorial 25 ... but did not get success..

Can you kindly suggest how to execute visualization and implementation of given data in to a new project.

I have vmd, pymol, chimera. Installed in a Linuxmint system. 24core cpu+rtx 3080gpu.
