Note that in the meantime, a v2 of the dataset (with more annotated patients) has been released: https://github.com/npnl/ATLAS/

Then you'll have to go there: https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/web/ADDEP/studies/36684/versions/V4 and fill the application form:

To access this data collection, please click on the Restricted Data button above. You will need to download and complete the data use agreement and then email it to [email protected]. The instructions are in the form.

Hi Hoel,

I downloaded the latest ATLAS dataset, but the sha256sum: WARNING: 1 computed checksum did NOT match. I guess dataset is updated through the time?
Can you please provide the data scheme of ATLAS like you did for prostate?

I also had hard time with dataset, if you could at least give photo about your data scheme or more explaining about this project
