🔥 Your Pitch
Ever called the customer service of any company/start-up, ever heard all our customer service agents are busy, please hold the line? Yeah, well we too. But in the age where ML is being touted as the next electricity, don't you think that this scenario is simply unacceptable?
Well we do, and through this hackathon, we have tried to solve this problem by implementing a voice-based customer service assistant that can handle multiple things, but with one primary objective to make the time you spend holding the line more productive. So what does this assistant do, well anything you could ask for as a customer service assistant. For the purpose of this demo, we are using a E-Commerce company dataset, since most of us have shopped online and have called customer service agents for any issue. The assistant can take your details either from you or if your data already exists in the system, it would retrieve them based on your mobile number.
Then you can check the status, file a complaint, return requests all of that from the system itself and if at any time during the call a human customer service agents become available your call would be transferred to them and all the details you have shared with the assistant get displayed on their screen, so they know the reason of your call even before they speak to you.
Also, the we have designed a module that can give you details of the products with regards to customer feedback, which can be used for business intelligence.

Note: Since the system is meant to be deployed over the phone, we have kept all the 3 modules (voice-to-text, service agent, and BI tools) independent of each other, as all of them can accept I/O from one another but integrating them would have made the web app overwhelming, so for the sake of simplicity we have only deployed the customer service agent on the link provided above, but rest assured all modules work perfectly fine.
