🔥 Your Pitch
• Problem : IoT-Devices uses different power levels to transmit there sensor-data to a receiver. Far devices should use high power levels and the near ones should use low power levels. However, if the devices are not accompanied with a GPS module, they can’t predict by themselves whether they are far or near. And all devices use default power levels.
• Solution : We have introduced a mechanim in IoT-Networks that helps devices to predict that they are far and should use high power levels and the ones that are near should use low power levels. The integration of such a distance-predicting mechanims shows a decrement of 25% in the collision and 40% in the Energy Consumption in our Simulations.
• Procedure :
With multiple real-time experiments, we have assesed the behaviour of how LoRa signal behaves in terms of Interference & Collision. Our simulator gives an output of what is the Network Throughput and Power Consumption of your deployment.
🔦 Any other specific thing you want to highlight?
Our proposed solution automates the decision making processes which enhances communication ability, network scalability and optimizes power consumption in an IoT network.
