LNP Node as of now is not yet the node that you can use to run full Lightning Network on or connect to other Lightning nodes, as the functionality it has thus far is limited and specific to RGB.
However, nothing can prevent you from running it on your machine/hardware, because it is created with Rust language and supports not only nightly Rust compiler but also the ones starting from v.1.46, meaning that it can be compiled on Raspberry Pi, arm processors etc.
