Hi masif authors!
I want to extract protein-level embeddings using masif.
May I know if it is possible?
Would appreciate if an example could be illustrated.

you could use ESM2

Umm.. but masif is not esm2?

I've just re-visited this thread and can't help LOL...
We want to use masif to extract surface embeddings.
Don't exactly understand why redirecting to esm2 could be a solution.
