Is there something that can be done with Java?

Opening this is as an issue.

Does Java require a JRE on Windows to run, or can you compile it, that it works without?
Do you be able to use Visual Studio and C#, too?

It would be really cool if you could port the program to Linux, using mono.
Java Modules are not possible because we are not using the JRE.
Feel free to add features, though ;)

@Dipanks, as Dennis, the coder, is no more interested in future development, are you interested to code for this project ???
You can continue with .NET/Mono, or make a new version with C/Java...
