Provide an "and" option to restriction setting

The restriction setting is: when a restriction has been set, the xxx is hidden, it shows only when the condition got matched; if there are more than one setting, the xxx shows when one of them got matched.

It would be highly beneficial if the system could incorporate a feature wherein the xxx is displayed only when all specified conditions are met.

The upcoming release will introduce a new feature, "Match," to the "Restriction Setting" of both Layer and Field.

Designers will now have the flexibility to configure the condition as follows:

1. Match One (default) - The layer/field will be displayed when at least one of the criteria is met.
2. Match All - The layer/field will be displayed only when all of the specified criteria are met.
3. Match None - The layer/field will be displayed when none of the provided criteria is met.

Additionally, a further function is introduced in the "Restriction Setting" of Field:

• Display as (effective only when Match One is set): Designers can now set an alternative display name for the field when a restriction is configured to "Match One." This feature provides further customization options for refining the user interface based on specific conditions.

These enhancements collectively offer a more nuanced and tailored approach to managing display conditions and field presentation within the system.

These options empower designers with granular control over the display conditions, enhancing the precision and customization of the user interface.
