ERROR: The project must be checked out as a git repo (when trying to run dbtools.py)

I get the error when trying to run the dbtools to make a database backup. dbtools worked fine when during server setup.

dbtools is set up in a way that you need to have downloaded it by using the git command, from what I see you just downloaded the zip file, correct? If so try using git to clone it, that way it will download some extra hidden files =)

@kaincenteno thank you for your reply.
It was installed with the server set up per instructions. As stated, it worked when doing the initial DB setup.
I am wondering if it has something to do with after installing the DarkStar AH function.

We can close this question thread. I decided to just update the current server i had instead of creating a new one.
