Jobs Inheriting Dual Wield #3980

The client side will prevent jobs that normally do not get access to dual wield from equipping the second weapon unless a subjob providing it is also in play. Last I checked, it would at least allow us to lower the level for example thf normally not getting it till late game can have it at level 1. Some things the client will block like this, other its won't: a majority of job ability and trait can be set to any job, a majority of spells will refuse to cast via menu. Some of this can be worked around by creating GM commands or by using addons in ashita or windower. LSB can't provide how to's or support for this however, as the goal is retail accurate emulation. |

Hello!
I'm in the middle of building a private server that is essentially retail-like, but also...not retail-like? Not sure how else to call it, it's basically an easier and less stressful experience of the game, mostly for a small group of friends.
I'm aiming for several changes, notably to have some Jobs inherit Dual Wield, but I've hit a bump;
I've made changes in the sql/traits.sql file and added up to Dual Wield V for Red Mage as a test (might scale it down to III once it's figured out); the trait is visible on the list in-game, but for some odd reason, it's not allowing me to equip a sub-weapon.
Perhaps I've missed another file that also handles job traits? Either way, while I do have a basic understanding, I'm still rather new to coding, Please do point me in the right direction so that I may know how to fix this little predicament.
Thanks!
