When logging watchers/listeners, the total ms does not incorporate watchers that have already been deleted.
It would be useful to include these measurements to track widget CPU use over time.

Be aware that the profiling library will move to LaxarJS/laxar-angular-adapter starting with v2.0.0. See #261 for the current state of this process.
