Our CI fails when running commit 344a052a5bcfb042fb313129060b42d3a263c223: https://github.com/Layr-Labs/avs-devnet/actions/runs/12677768543/job/35333831402. For now, we're pinning it to an earlier commit, but it'd be nice to have it working with the latest commit.

The error we get:

2025/01/08 15:17:27 application failed: failed to create server v2: failed to create authenticator: failed to preload cache: failed to get operator key: failed to get disperser address: disperser with id 0 not found

Commit `344a052a5bcfb042fb313129060b42d3a263c223` in EigenDA breaks our
example. For now, we're just pinning it to a previous commit.

docs: mention latest supported version in EigenDA example (#169)

Until #164 is resolved, we add this comment to the example so users know
which versions are usable.
