FEAT: Add toggle to show current time in document tab

I believe it would be useful to allow an option to update the document title with the current time remaining. This eliminates the need to tab back and fourth within the browser to check the time, instead being able to update the user at a glance. The toggle is important as some may not want to be updated with the time, as that could be a distraction in its self.

This is a base idea. Any further suggestions in this realm would be greatly appreciated and considered.
