Design Issue for Footer

Wherever we go, the page loads continuously new stuff when we reach its end, making people unable to reach the footer of the page where there is the new achievment link, contact and other useful stuff. This makes this footer completely useless. Each time I want to access it I have to go to the list of achievments and choose a specific category: there it only displays a few icons, so we can access the footer.

The design should be revised to make this footer content available in a specific page or by having a small zone at the bottom of the screen which expends to show the footer. Or use a feedback-like access (tab on the left).
