We are very sorry for the long time it has taken us to investigate this issue.

Upon investigation, it appears that the custom importer we created for the Cubism SDK is not being loaded when the extension is first loaded, and Live2D models that should be loaded by the custom importer are being loaded by the regular importer.
This seems to be causing moc3 assets to not function properly.

There is no configuration or code to fix this and we are asking Cocos Creator to investigate and fix this issue.

The workaround is to restart this project again and then Reimport the Live2D model or do not load it as a Developer extension.
