Describe the Bug

Environment:

  1. Cloud Provider: AWS
  2. Instance Type: EC2 G5.2xlarge
  3. Operating System: (Include your OS and version)
  4. GPU Type: NVIDIA A10G
  5. NVIDIA Driver Version: 537.70
  6. CUDA Version: 12.2
  7. Sunshine Version: 0.21.0

Issue Description:
When attempting to use Sunshine for game streaming, I encountered the error Failed to create D3D11 device for DD test [0x887A0004]. This error persists despite following the troubleshooting steps provided in the documentation.

Reproduction Steps:

Start Sunshine with the command: .\sunshine.exe -0
Observe the error in the console output.

Expected Behavior

Expected Behavior:
Sunshine should initialize without errors and be ready to stream games using the NVIDIA NVENC encoder.

Actual Behavior:
Sunshine initialization fails with the error Failed to create D3D11 device for DD test [0x887A0004], which indicates an issue with DirectX 11 device creation.

Additional Context

The error logs suggest that the GPU preference setting and capture functionality may be compromised.
The issue occurs consistently, indicating a potential compatibility or configuration problem with the NVIDIA A10G GPU on the specified EC2 instance.
I have already attempted updating drivers, checking DirectX configurations, and verifying that the GPU supports the necessary features for Sunshine.
