Replace core and contrib packages from this repo on the CHaDKids

We should create a PR on CHaDKids that uses this common upstream to replace all core and contrib references in composer.json.

This PR will be used as a proof-of-concept of how/why this is (or isn't) a better approach to managing all updates separately on each site that is basically a clone of each other.
