https://github.com/Lullabot/drainpipe/blob/043ca81aaae17ecbdaf4096577b17e53254937d2/tasks/test.yml depends on several bits in the drainpipe-dev package, yet the actual Taskfile is shipped in the production package. It probably makes more sense to move that file so it's in the drainpipe-dev package.
