[1.12.2] Tekkit 2 Modpack Gravisuit Classic, Gravitation Chestplate/Nuclear Gravitation Chestplate spam equip sound when equipped

Mods/Plugins: Tekkit 2 Mod Pack, specific problem Gravisuit Classic

Describe the bug
When Gravitation Chestplate and Nuclear Gravitation Chestplate are equipped, it spams the equipped armor sound for everyone around to hear, will not stop until it is unequipped.

Expected behavior
Equip sound spams.

To Reproduce
Go onto a catserver with the mods and it will produce itself once item is equipped.

Have tried to reproduce on regular servers and singleplayer, only reproduces on catserver.
