More advanced setup wizard for settings

Since I don't really proceed in #447 and still got the feedback that the default settings does not fit for everyone, I thought about a setup wizard just asking a few questions to get the best personal GHS experience. So instead of the current start page just asking to pick a edition, a small guided wizard would popup. Some quick input in no particular order and asking here for some general and precise feedback:

• Choose Edition
• track battle goals?
• track items?
• track character AM?
• track character sheet?
• calculates abilities?
• automatic conditions?
