In order to test malefactor banning properly, QA needs to be able to deploy malefactors and see what happens to them. Modify the Node so that it can be started up to exhibit some sort of detectable malefactor behavior (or perhaps one kind for Gossip and another kind for data), and then modify TNT so that it can, on demand, start up a malefactor Node and cause it to misbehave appropriately.
