Useless scroll bar on NG-CHM in an iframe

When embedding an NG-CHM HTML page into an iframe, there is often a useless vertical scroll bar. The NG-CHM appears to size itself properly--the user can and use everything.

This issue is readily seen on Windows, but is more challenging to see on MacOS when scroll bars are hidden by default. Screenshot below.
