The injector watchdog service currently only runs when the injector app is open. Need to build the installer to include installing the service and change the way the injector boots it internally.

Application now supports CLI invoking for services, but no task creation has been built yet. Need to build scheduled tasks into the injector app to support new instances of injector invocation at specified times.
