Can't breed villager

Villager can't breed or farm. Is there a code to fix this ?

No idea, I think there's probably a config option for this. Lots of growing and breeding mechanics are heavily regulated or disabled to increase difficulty by default. It's likely part of the "farming" config. Check documentation for more details.
