Use orderedobject as a ParticleMesh base class. #24

Currently the several FFT plans stored in ParticleMesh can be destroyed out of order on different MPI ranks. This causes issue with SGI-MPI.

A workaround is set PYTHONHASHSEED. Using orderedobject should fix this as well.

We will need to add orderedobject to bccp-conda.
