usb.core.USBError: [Errno None] Other error on SM-G532M/DS (Mediatek MT6737T) #107

Hello there!
I am having some difficulty with a SM-G532M/DS (Mediatek MT6737T), can i have some help, please?

What i have:
Microsoft Windows [version 10.0.19045.2728]
python: Python 3.11.3 (tags/v3.11.3:f3909b8, Apr 4 2023, 23:49:59) [MSC v.1934 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32
UsbDk (64-bit) (https://github.com/daynix/UsbDk/releases) install
pip install pyusb json5

the problem:

after that, i've tried install Hovatek drivers for VCOM preloader and DA (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html), always got the same error.
some light on that? thanks!
