cleanup notebooks for sharing #10

make the notebooks folder easy to share with students
it will be the only folder we share
move anything they should not have out of there before Monday morning!

for class: share copy of notebooks via Dropbox (exercise: think about file systems)
git would be too much (merge conflicts; separate class/workshop)
