Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently models only last the life cycle of the program.

Describe the solution you'd like
Neural Network model load/save functionality.
Possibly using h5 and/or onnx.

@sedrickkeh I'm going to add some load/save interface. Could you possibly look at the hdf5 part?
