Tags/VMware Tags

Hello everyone !
I got a fews questions about tags in manageIQ

I take a look to ManageIQ tags but i found nothing to manage/create them in the UI, its only via API ? I know how to add them manually on an object

And wondering how i can add VMware tags on my Vm during the provisioning ?
I know the are fetch in manageIQ but tell me if i'm wrong there are only fetch if the are set before the vm were add in the manageIQ database and after that tag can't be fetch in ManageIQ .

I have found some ansible to do that but like i said maybe tags can't be fetch if the vm is already in database and a playbook wont work (I mean, the Tag Vmware will be added but not fetch in manageIQ)

Yes, but currently it is only read-only as @Crankz31 mentions. You can definitely run a post-provision ansible script to tag your newly provisioned vms and we will pick those up during refresh. I do like the idea of making this more baked in though, not aware of any providers having bi-directional tagging currently.

Ok nice, just to be clear and to no missing something about tags there no way through the ui to operate ManageIQ tags only by api ?
