Scale a simple rectangle from one side.

Hello, i've checked dozens of posts on reddit, the documentation on manim website and this forum, and i can't figure out how to stretch a simple rectangle from one side. Every time the whole width, or the whole height will be affected.

I am just trying to put a rectangle somewhere, and have its right side(for example) extends by x value, without affecting the other side.

Can anybody help me out ?
