Issue in demo GUI of MapWinGIS and also in the binary of MapWindow v5 Stable release.

There is a small shift in the vertex after mouseUp event while using snap tool when in vertex edit mode.
I have attached a gif recording by zooming in after each mouse release to show the inaccuracy in snap position.
