DiRAC: TROVE Benchmark

This section provides information, results and analyses of the DiRAC TROVE benchmark.

The benchmark performance has been evaluated on the following platforms:

System Node Interconnect
DiRAC Memory Intensive (COSMA7) 2x Intel Xeon Skylake Gold 5120, 512 GiB DDR4 Mellanox EDR
DiRAC DIaL 2x Intel Xeon Skylake Gold 6140, 192 GiB DDR4 Mellanox EDR

Subdirectories:

  • doc/ - Information on compiling the TROVE software, verifying correct output and extracting timing data
  • data/ - Input files for the different benchmark runs and example job submission scripts
  • results/ - Output from benchmark runs on different systems
