Then i have tried to run pcpartpicker.py but it doesn't also work

Sorry for the really late reply, I took a break from open source for a bit. video-cards-data.csv is not used for the final model so it is not in the release. I am currently working on a fix for pcpartpicker.py. The problem is that it uses absolute paths (for my computer in specific) so I am making the scrapers more general. You will need Tor, though.
