Have a conformation window pop up if the refresh timer is set to 10 seconds or lower as it could cause Plex to crash and turns the poster display as a DDoS service.

I have been using 5 second transition/refresh speed in Coming Soon config since the I started using PMPD, and it hasn't caused my Plex server to crash. I have the Now Showing refresh speed set to 15 seconds.
@titelies
Thank you for the feedback. We have seen it where that this has been a problem for some users. We will not be restricting the time, we will just put up a disclaimer.
This could also depend on a few factors such as power of the Plex Server, Network, Client and so on. The testing that we saw was 2 seconds caused a users Plex server to crash. 2 seconds is very aggressive, but I figured 10 seconds might be a good check. We could adjust it to 5 seconds, but as I said before its only going to be a disclaimer message :)
