1.18.2 Extreme TPS Issues with builder in quarry mode. Also Cheese

MC: 1.18.2 Server
RFToolsBuilder; 4.1.3
Modpack: Multiblockmadness 2

Here you can see the that it is producing a lot of ticks:

I did an example tps check When I turned it on it dropped from 20 tps to 14-15.
Turning it off and checking for tps again results in mixed results, from 15-18 in the beginning to now 19 after a few minutes. The Server seems to recover only very slow.

Also, the builder makes cheese for some reason (probably connected):

Well the Builder has to quarry a lot of blocks. That's a heavy operation. I don't think there is anything that can be done about that

The weird thing is that cheese it makes and the weird tps issues even after removing it (might need to research a bit more for the later)
