[1.16.5] Screen link - Broken GUI

The screen link from RFToolsUtility is not behaving properly. The main problem is the gui has misaligned hitboxes for the buttons. In the imagine below you can see that clicking where the cursor is located resulted in activating the button at the very top.

I'm pretty sure the gui itself is not functioning properly and so the fact that it collides with the JEI bookmarks and that it isn't in the middle of the screen like the other gui's is just a side effect of that.
