[Bug]: Wallet can't be disconnected from the PancakeSwap unless user removes the permissions

Describe the bug

When attempting to disconnect from PancakeSwap via its page, users might observe that, although the page indicates the account has been disconnected, the MetaMask icon suggests otherwise, showing that the account remains connected. A manual refresh of the dApp page reverts the display to show the account as still connected. It is only after the user manually disconnects the account from the Permissions settings that PancakeSwap fully acknowledges the disconnection.
