The validation pipeline could summarise the changes from the previous release.

Context
This feature was discussed on the side of the standard-GEM manuscript:

A. Dräger: If a model comparator could be used instead of actual git that would be so nice…

You: That could be done with a GitHub bot that would understand changes in a PR and automatically summarise the changes. It would be nice, but could we save this thought for a future version?

F. Li: I also vote for this. I think the summary report at least for each release with last release should be automatically generate.
